An effective Warehouse Manager should be able to identify potential risks and hazards within the warehouse and take measures to minimize them, such as implementing safety policies and providing safety training to employees As a significant part of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager oversees the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet departments' daily operations. This role incorporates making personnel decisions, such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and termination of team members in alignment with Company policies. Furthermore, the Warehouse Manager manages inventory and identifies areas for continuous improvement by conducting statistical analysis. This position necessitates a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work performed • The management team receives detailed reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to track progress and provide feedback. • Analyze market trends and seasonal demand to adjust inventory levels accordingly, and manage your stock effectively during peak periods. • Examine statistical information and reports to recognize opportunities for sustained progress. • Continuously review and refine the department's budget, adjusting projections and expenditure plans as needed to ensure that financial objectives are met. • Manage product rotation activities within the facility to optimize inventory turnover. • The configuration of the warehouse is aimed at increasing operational efficiency. • Executes all the trucking operations that involve the movement of cargo in and out of the facility. • Provide supervision and instruction to ensure safety measures are followed by forklift operators and warehouse workers. • The warehouse's cleanliness and organization must be kept intact to secure a safe and attractive work setting for the food manufacturing plant • Maintain the exterior appearance of the company's property. • Conducts the operational activities of the Equipment Service team. • In charge of managing fleet maintenance and ensuring that all truck checks are completed in accordance with the stated guidelines. • Partner with the company's leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, catalyze employee development, and establish the business as a premier employer. • To operate effectively, it is necessary to conform to, follow, and reinforce all protocols, policies, and processes. • Team up with the administrative section stationed in Black Hills. • Coordinate with other sales center managers to ensure the center operates efficiently, effectively, and profitably. • Tasked with ensuring the welfare and safety of the supervised employees, protecting the valuable assets and equipment of the sales center, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business processes. • Keep up to date on technological and informational developments related to your functional area to support innovation and maintain compliance.
