They do this by putting the items on an assigned conveyor or pallet in a safe, efficient, and accurate way while taking into account any safety, accuracy, and efficiency goals set by the company. Duties & Responsibilities: • You assist with the process of item selection and organization within an automated environment by utilizing the latest computer technology, machines, and software. You must always observe CCCI's safety standards while performing multiple duties in an environment that is both noisy and time-sensitive and where quick decision-making is critical. • Collaboratively establishes dependable and effective warehouse procedures. • Exhibits proficiency in adapting to the requirements of the role by being competent in working in different work areas, such as HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack, and meeting the minimum expectations for each area throughout the workday. • Your role is to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, which includes maintaining a clean and tidy work area and attending to spills and messes quickly while taking into account all waste removal and recycling procedures. • Uses meticulous, precise, and resourceful approaches for regulating warehouse inventory, seeking to prevent shrink from rising above acceptable limits. • Plays a key role in the smooth functioning of a dynamic warehouse environment by carrying out miscellaneous tasks as directed. A willingness to learn and expand one's knowledge, skills, and abilities can lead to increased opportunities for personal and professional growth • Possessing the capability to perform in a swift atmosphere while walking and recurrently hoisting 30 lbs. • Potential to elevate loads of up to 75 pounds. • The skill to effectively work alongside others in a group setting is a highly sought-after trait. • Skillful in coordinating and organizing efficient and trustworthy warehouse tasks. • The flexibility to adapt to the needs of different work domains and fulfill the minimum requirements of each area. • The ability to interpret and implement guidelines exhibited on a screen. • Our packages require careful attention to detail and the ability to tell them apart. • Expertise to perform in an environment that is loud and not climate-controlled, with temperature variation. • A motivated person who takes the initiative to find opportunities to create greater value. • Flexibility suggests the ability to change work schedules and hours to accommodate the company's changing demands and needs. • Using screens, monitors, and devices is a mandatory requirement for employees to ensure they perform accurate picking within a set sequence.
