📍 Tempe, AZ – On-Site | M–F 💼 Full-Time W2 | Weekly Commission 💰 OTE: $120k–$200k+ Year 1 We’re hiring 3 Account Executives to join one of the fastest-growing real estate education companies in the country. If you want: 👉 warm, qualified leads 👉 real conversations — not cold calls 👉 a high-energy team that wins together …this is the role. 💡 What You’ll Be Doing • Speak with inbound applicants who already applied to join our real estate community • Run a clear, consultative call that identifies fit + guides them through the decision • Follow proven sales frameworks used by our top 1% reps • Work daily with sales leaders invested in your growth Average rep is closing deals in their first month.
