Clients First is seeking a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Commercial Maintenance Division. We are committed to providing the best landscape maintenance experience in Texas, and we’re looking for team members who represent our brand with professionalism, respect, and dedication. Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and support assigned frontline team members to ensure work meets company quality standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to requests, questions, and concerns. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of maintenance services and solutions based on client needs and objectives. • Maintain all managed contracts, including renewals and updates. • Identify, recommend, and sell landscape upgrades and enhancements that improve curb appeal, garden aesthetics, and site functionality. • Achieve sales goals across landscape enhancements, agronomy, irrigation, and tree care services. • Provide excellent negotiation and customer service skills in all client interactions. • Understand and perform basic irrigation tasks: programming controllers, adjusting schedules, repairing drip lines, heads, and nozzles, and general troubleshooting. • Apply working knowledge of agronomy, arboriculture, enhancements, and irrigation operations. • Prepare and develop budgets, proposals, and job estimates. • Manage workflow, scheduling, and quality control across multiple client sites.
