The Impact You’ll Make As a Reliability Engineer, you will be the problem-solver who ensures our production equipment runs at its best. You will analyze failures, pinpoint root causes, and implement structured solutions that increase uptime and reduce costs. Within your first year, you will lead multiple improvement initiatives, drive measurable cost savings, and establish yourself as a go-to resource for technical expertise and reliability solutions. What You’ll Do • Assess production downtime and determine operational or machine-related root causes. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address underlying issues with effective action plans. • Partner with engineering, maintenance, production, and quality teams to identify reliability opportunities that support production and cost goals. • Leverage expertise in machine design, controls functions, and operational procedures to optimize equipment and production lines. • Utilize SAP, CMMS, and maintenance reliability practices to track and improve performance. • Lead cross-functional projects that deliver sustainable solutions and measurable financial impact. What We’re Looking For • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar reliability certification. • Proven experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or related technical roles in manufacturing. • Proficiency in SAP and CMMS systems. • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and understanding of machine design and control systems. • Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions. • Comfortable balancing long-term improvement projects with short-term operational needs.
