The Impact You’ll Make As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our business. Your work will directly impact our ability to manage cash flow, reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and improve relationships with key customers. You'll be at the forefront of resolving deductions and past-due invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to drive efficiency. What You’ll Do • Collections & Dispute Resolution – Investigate and resolve past-due invoices, identify deduction trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution. • Financial Data Management – Work in SAP ERP to process credit memos, enter disputes, and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Analytical Problem-Solving – Research deduction claims, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future issues. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, finance, and customer service to streamline dispute resolution and improve customer accounts. • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhanced financial operations. What We’re Looking For • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable. • Strong background in collections and deduction management (shortages, damages, approvals). • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and SAP ERP systems. • Problem-solver mindset—you enjoy investigating discrepancies and working towards resolutions. • Strong communicator—comfortable collaborating across departments and handling negotiations. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume Your Future at Clemens We don’t just hire for a job—we hire for a career.
