The Senior Program Manager will lead CLEAResult’s implementation of a Commercial New Construction program in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ultimately accountable for all phases of program implementation, including budget management, program implementation, performance tracking, client & customer satisfaction, robust training and education offerings, subcontractor management, equity and inclusion outcomes, and leading overall program strategy. Compensation Range $102,800.00 - $154,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
