Manage customer and contractor relationships to promote and implement residential energy efficiency rebate programs with significant local travel.
Experience in sales or consulting, knowledge or experience in energy efficiency preferred, located or willing to relocate to specified Michigan locations, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office, and high school diploma or equivalent.

This Account Manager role will be supporting the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This position will be a Trade Ally and Customer position for implementing Residential energy efficiency utility rebate programs. CLEAResult seeks a candidate with relationship-building skills and technical knowledge to grow with our company. This candidate will be responsible for direct engagement with customers participating in our programs and their trade allies/contractors. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base. • Educate customers and their trade allies / contractors and raise Energy Efficiency rebate programs awareness and participation • Develop outreach tactics to identify and engage various commercial customer segments • Build commercial customer pipeline and see projects through to completion • Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction • Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction • Identify & schedule event participation, coordination, and presentations of programs • Identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Senior Market Outreach Manager to ensure continuous improvement of operations • Utilize a CRM daily • Prepare monthly activity reports and track progress towards program goals • In state day travel in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan – 50 – 75% In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… • Experience in a professional position such as sales, consulting, or similar field • Knowledgeable or experienced in energy efficiency preferred • Located in or with close proximity to Marquette, Negaunee, Gwinn, Ishpeming, Baraga, Houghton or Ontonagon, Michigan • Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision and communicate the progress of task completion. • Able to work with tight deadlines, competing or changing priorities, and at times with multiple interruptions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Experienced or knowledgeable in a technical trade experience a plus • A High school graduate or equivalent
