Although reporting to the office daily is not a requirement, you will be expected to travel throughout Maine frequently. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Associate Program Manager! The Associate Program Manager will be supporting the Demand Response initiative in Maine. In this role, you will manage all resources necessary to fulfill requests from the Efficiency Maine Program Manager. You will be their primary contact, collaborating to enhance, procedures, manage cost, increase participation, support Virtual Power Plant aggregators, and work with vendors to verify demand reductions. To do this, you will direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Support a portion of the Efficiency Maine contracts as directed by Efficiency Maine with direct oversight from the regional Senior Director. Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase enrollment and participation in the Demand Response initiatives. Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 3-5 years project management experience 2+ years people management experience Demand Response program execution experience Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality Strong customer service experience and focus Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Bachelor’s degree and Masters preferred The ideal candidate must reside in Maine and have a good understanding of the ideal candidates to participate in Demand Response initiatives. Compensation Range $76,100.00 - $114,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
