Responsibilities: • Lead the Floor: Supervise the team during your shifts, ensuring everyone stays on task and motivated. • Drive Service: Be the face of the store. Answer questions, solve customer issues, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile. • Manage Operations: Oversee our wash, dry, and fold services to ensure high quality. • Keep it Running: Monitor inventory (soap, supplies) and ensure the facility stays clean, safe, and all machines are working correctly. • Support the GM: Work directly with the General Manager to execute store goals and sales targets. Minimum Qualifications • 2+ years of management experience in retail, sales, or service (fast food, hospitality, etc.). • High school diploma or GED required. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. • Strong communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish/English is a major plus). • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
