This role serves as the technical subject matter expert for assigned HR functional areas and is responsible for ensuring data integrity, configuration of system requirements, managing integrations, developing complex reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent, Finance, and IT to ensure HRIS solutions are optimized to support business goals and HR operational excellence. Key Responsibilities System Support, Maintenance & Optimization Act as the primary technical point of contact for UKG configuration, troubleshooting, and system functionality across multiple modules (Core HR, Talent, Timekeeping, Payroll, etc.). Research and resolve complex HRIS issues, unexpected results, or process breakdowns; recommend and implement solutions. Ensure system performance including workflow administration, security audits, data integrity, and regular maintenance activities. System Upgrades, Enhancements & Testing Collaborate with HR, IT and vendor partners to plan, implement, and troubleshoot system enhancements. Evaluate new UKG features, releases, and best practices; recommend adoption opportunities to leadership. Reporting, Analytics & Data Integrity Build, maintain, and support advanced reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools. Develop standardized and ad-hoc analytics for HR and business leaders. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance; improve controls, audits, and data governance practices. Process Improvement & Project Leadership Recommend process efficiencies, automation opportunities, and scalable HRIS solutions aligned with business needs. Lead HRIS components of cross-functional projects, including new module implementations, integrations, and system enhancements. Partner with external third-party vendors, technical consultants, Payroll, Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent, and IT to manage inbound/outbound data integrations and troubleshoot interface issues (SFTP feeds, APIs, vendor connectors). Documentation, Training & User Support Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, system guidelines, and training materials. Serve as an escalation point for HR system questions and provide high-level user support. HR Technology Strategy & Trend Awareness Keep current with UKG product enhancements, HR technology trends, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Share recommendations with HR leadership on system roadmap, automation opportunities, and future-state HR technology design. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required. 5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on UKG configuration and support. UKG certification is a plus. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow structured procedures. High level of customer service and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users. Compensation Range: $82,446.00 - $109,928.00 Claire’s is committed to adhering to all applicable company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
