Manage multiple projects including client implementations, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, resources, milestones, risks, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3+ years project management experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred project management certification, proficiency in MS Office tools, strong communication and facilitation skills, healthcare experience preferred.
Title: Project Manager Duration: 6 months assignment (option to hire after) Description • Manage multiple projects across the enterprise that range in various levels of complexity and varying timelines, with focus on client implementations. • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, own projects from kick-off through completion. • Accountable for ensuring key stakeholder alignment on project scope, budget, resource plan, milestone management and risk management for each project • Track project progress, manage risk register, and communicate status on a regular basis to all stakeholders (internal and external) through all phases of the project lifecycle. • Build communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties are informed of next steps for completion. • Facilitate internal and external meetings, create agendas, maintain thorough meeting minutes, follow-up on action items. • Ensure project milestones and related deliverables are completed and approved. • Conduct project retrospectives, documents lessons learned and action item assignments. • Apply traditional and agile project management methods. Requirement • 3+ years of Project Management experience is required. • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent years of relevant experience is required. • Experience supporting new client implementations is preferred. Health Care experience will be a big plus. • Project Management (PMP or CAPM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. • Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of stakeholders. • Comfortable with facilitation of requirements gathering sessions with internal and external customers. • Consistently organized with a keen eye for detail.
