What We’re Looking For: We are seeking high-performing Account Managers and Freight Sales Leaders willing to relocate from the U.S. to Panama City, Panama for approximately one year. • Two fully paid trips back to the U.S. are included during the assignment. • After one year, the role transitions back to the U.S. in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for competitive, relationship-driven sales professionals who know freight brokerage, understand urgency, and thrive in a performance-based environment. Responsibilities: • Build, grow, and manage a profitable book of business. • Develop strategies to expand customer and carrier relationships. • Negotiate rates with professionalism and market intelligence. • Resolve issues quickly with proactive communication. • Procure new carrier partners based on volume and lane demand. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lanes, markets, and seasonality. • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals. • Ensure all loads are properly booked, tracked, and communicated according to policy. • Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and internal teams. • Other duties as assigned. Experience & Education: • Freight brokerage sales or account management experience required. • 2–6 years in a logistics environment. • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. • Bachelor's or Associate degree in business/logistics preferred. • Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel (vlookup, pivot tables), CRM/TMS software, and reporting tools.
