Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spanish speaking Attorney to join our personal injury legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on personal injury. This role requires a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and negotiation, with the ability to handle complex injury cases and support clients effectively. The Attorney will be responsible for managing legal matters from inception to resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Duties • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on personal injury law. • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related paperwork with precision and clarity. • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as needed. • Stay current on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective legal practice. • Manage multiple cases efficiently within a law office environment while maintaining meticulous records of case developments. • Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues requiring research and strategic planning. • Support administrative tasks related to case management and client communication. Experience • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the Maryland state bar with active license to practice law. • Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation. • Prior legal administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory. • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful client advocacy. • Ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
