For more than 50 years, Chi Corporation has been a leading technology solutions provider specializing in networking, security, data storage, backup, recovery, and virtualization. We partner with and resell products and services from over 30 top technology manufacturers and vendors. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is eager to learn all facets of our business and grow into an outside sales position upon completing required certifications, training, and gaining a strong understanding of Chi’s products and services. Position Responsibilities • Provide direct support to Chi’s team of top-performing sales professionals. • Work closely with technology vendors to identify the best product solutions and pricing for customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors to ensure timely product delivery. • Create accurate quotes, purchase orders, and final orders in an efficient and timely manner. • Successfully complete required vendor certifications and ongoing training. • Contribute to business planning and reporting efforts. • Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendor partners. • Represent Chi’s end-to-end solutions across storage, backup, data networking, and security technologies. • Use solution-selling techniques to prospect, engage, and acquire new business opportunities. Requirements • Self-starter with high energy, strong initiative, and the ability to work with limited direction. • Proven ability to prospect (“hunter” mentality) and collaborate with vendor teams. • Comfortable executing various sales techniques, including cold calling and email campaigns. • Driven to close large, complex deals across a mix of new and existing business. • Desire to advance into an outside sales role and manage your own book of business. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. • Full-time, in-person position based at Chi’s headquarters in Solon, Ohio.
