About the Role: As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with ChenMed, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and develop personalized care plans. Manage both acute and non-acute conditions and provide clear documentation. Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality management programs. Advocacy & Education: Act as a patient advocate, facilitating family conferences, and ensuring education on care plans. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar. Board certification preferred; active state licensure required. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting with leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to manage a patient panel effectively. Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, advanced communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in geriatric care is a plus. Why ChenMed?
