Opportunity ChartRequest is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and providing post-sales support. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, skilled at building relationships, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales Management • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, conducting demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, accurately forecasting and reporting sales activity to meet or exceed revenue goals. • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ needs and align ChartRequest’s solutions with their business goals. Relationship Building & Account Growth • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning ChartRequest as a trusted partner. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to expand revenue and support client success. • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction. • Attend regional conferences and specialty events within their assigned territory to expand outreach, generate new leads, and grow their book of business. Collaboration & Strategy Development • Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. • Collaborate with Product and Revenue Operations teams to communicate client feedback and inform product development and sales enablement initiatives. • Contribute to sales strategy by providing insights into client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress in the CRM (HubSpot preferred). • Track key metrics and report on individual performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to achieve goals. • Regularly analyze sales data and trends to optimize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience in healthcare or technology is a plus). • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, closing, and post-sales follow-up. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Proficiency with CRM software, especially HubSpot, and familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics. Compensation. This role is a management role with quarterly incentive compensation plan performance bonuses. The base compensation will be between $50,000 - $60,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $92,000 - $115,000 with execution with no cap on commissions. Hybrid Policy.
