Youll handle client inquiries, process policy changes, support agents, and ensure that every customer feels informed, cared for, and confident in their coverage. Answer incoming calls and emails from clients regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage questions. Process policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other service requests. Assist with quoting and application preparation. Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system. Proactively reach out to clients for renewals, follow-ups, and satisfaction checks. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to resolve client issues. Requirements Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Property and casualty customer service 1 year (Preferred but not required) License/Certification: 440 or 220 insurance customer service license (Preferred but not required.
