You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day operations, cloud environments, and automation initiatives to ensure high availability and performance across our platforms. Primarily remote, onsite collaboration from time to time. What You’ll Do • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize AWS and GCP resources, ensuring cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability. • Kubernetes & CI/CD: Manage Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines to deliver highly available and stable deployments. • Monitoring & Logging: Maintain monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Zabbix), ensuring effective alerting and proactive issue resolution. • Database & Middleware Operations: Administer MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB; maintain and optimize middleware systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Nginx. • Automation & Tooling: Develop and improve automation scripts and internal tools using Python, Go, or Shell to streamline operations and deployments. • Security & Compliance: Support infrastructure compliance efforts (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.), enforce least-privilege access, perform audits, and maintain secure network policies. What We’re Looking For • Fluent in Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing. • Legal to work for any employers. We are not able to provide sponsorship yet. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 4-5 years of hands-on DevOps or cloud operations experience in a technology company. • Strong experience with AWS or GCP services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.). • Skilled in Linux administration, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience maintaining monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix). • Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL) and performance tuning. • Proficient in scripting (Python, Go, or Shell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Nice to Have • Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS + GCP). • Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (Helm, Service Mesh, ArgoCD). • Exposure to compliance, security audits, or SaaS infrastructure for global customers.
