Full Description
Data Entry Person in Customer Service pays $19.00/hour. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This position interim to direct. All applicants must have experience from and industrial setting not medical or food service. The person needs to be comfortable sitting at a computer for long periods of time (6-hrs minimum) and has to be okay with only being able to use their cellphone at break/lunch time – 2 ten-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch period. This person will: • Input information into a computer database following step-by-step written procedures • Answer phones • Provide customers with shipping and pricing information following step-by-step written procedures • Handle customer interaction by phone or e-mail • Tracks orders • Filing I am looking for local candidates that live no more than 30 minutes from Middlefield. All applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and have no criminal history.
