Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in our client's corporate accounting team. This individual will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and support strategic initiatives as the company scales. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting efficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required). • Strong corporate accounting experience (minimum 3-5 years). • Experience in CPG, food, or manufacturing industries (preferred). • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
