Key Responsibilities: • Process invoices and match them to purchase orders or receipts • Ensure accuracy of vendor information and payment terms • Prepare and process electronic transfers and check payments • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues What We're Looking For: • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and organizational skills For immediate and confidential consideration reach out to me, Kelley McEndree, at kmcendree@cfstaffing.com .
