Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and completely. • Trade Spend Management – Manage and administer the trade spend tracking process for the company as the lynchpin between sales and accounting team. Ensure all transactions are tracked and coded correctly. • Netsuite Process Development and Improvement – Ensure all transactions are captured and coded correctly in Netsuite ERP system. Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality. • Weekly Cash Reporting & Management • Credit & Collections Management – Oversee our credit and collections policy globally. Weekly reporting on performance, identification of issues, opportunities for improvement. • Management of all foreign Taxes, Reporting and Accounting. • Line of Credit Management – Oversee accounting team in daily administration with lenders. Ensure all daily transaction documentation is provided by team to lenders timely and precisely. Monitor availability and request funds as necessary. • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis • Accounting Process Development and Improvement Basic Questions: • 7+ years of experience working in the Finance team of a mid-sized business, preferably in the wholesale food and beverage or CPG industry • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred • Experience with ERP Systems such as Netsuite #ZRCFS Company DescriptionCFS is the industry’s leading employee-owned staffing firm, connecting top talent in accounting, finance, technology, and human resources.
