Our company is seeking a fun and upbeat Office Assistant to join our team. The qualified candidate is detail-oriented, organized and has a passion for customer service. We are looking for someone who can handle a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, helping customers and writing work orders. Responsibilities: • Answer the phone and greet callers. • Determine the nature of the call and route to appropriate party. • Answer questions on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. • Write up work orders for vehicles coming in for service. • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, electronic mail and word processing. • Scan documents into digital format. • Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills
