Job Details What You’ll Do: As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will directly impact our patients’ health and experience. • Prepare exam rooms: sanitize, stock supplies, and ensure medications/vaccines are ready for the day • Review upcoming appointments and identify gaps in care (mammograms, colonoscopies, immunizations, etc.) • Escort patients to rooms and manage patient flow to maximize efficiency • Take and record vitals, patient history, allergies, medications, and current concerns • Assist with procedures, including EKGs, Holter monitors, and in-office testing • Collect and process lab specimens; track and document results • Perform quality control on equipment and testing materials • Help at the front desk when needed — greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance • Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure the best patient outcomes What You Bring: • Graduation from a NYS-accredited Medical Assistant program is required • Current Medical Assistant certification preferred (NHA, AMT, AAMA, NCCT) • BCLS certification (in-person training only, American Heart Association) • Strong clinical skills including phlebotomy and aseptic technique • A team-first attitude and commitment to providing respectful, quality care Salary Range USD $23.00 - USD $29.99 /Hr.
