By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.” Responsibilities: Prepare staff meeting minutes, various letters, memos, reports, documents and other material for the departments. Answer departments telephones, providing information about services, refer calls to appropriate parties, and/or take accurate and complete messages. Open, sort and distribute mail, and respond to routine inquiries. Take accurate messages from the Central Intake Referral voicemail—map and refer as required. Respond to calls and requests by providing resources and referrals. Check in, record and assist in processing applications for assistance. Maintain communication with various agencies, organizations, parishes or others, to gather or give departmental-related information. Prepare and/or perform routine bookkeeping and statistical duties. Some of these may include required forms, voucher/billing processing, parish monthly reports, ensuring follow-up procedures for same. Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events by creating flyer/registration forms, creating and maintaining registration, ensuring materials are photocopied, supplies are on hand and/or refreshments are ordered and presented. Provide Front Desk Coverage as required. Qualifications: Hight School Diploma/GED. 2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary; Office Manager preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual (Spanish/English) capability preferred. Schedule: Full time – 35 hours per week - Monday through Friday – 9 AM – 5 PM Rate of Pay: $27.47 per hour/$50,000 annual gross This position is grant funded from 1/1/2026 through 12/31/26. This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
