Location: Remote, must reside west of Texas Salary: $60,000 +/- with up to $10,000 in performance-based bonus Job Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: Senior Director, Community Partnerships & Advancement ABOUT US CATCH Global Foundation (“CATCH”) is a global nonprofit whose mission is to champion child health by empowering educators with curriculum, training, and ongoing support to foster communities that thrive in mind, heart, and body. Reaching more than 4.3 million students annually, our PreK-12 evidence-based and evidence-informed curriculum and professional development equips educators around topics such as comprehensive health education, nutrition, physical education, mental health, social and emotional learning (SEL), oral health, vaping and substance misuse prevention, and sun safety. We are a fully remote team with a dynamic, collaborative culture. While originally headquartered in Austin, TX where many staff reside, CATCH staff work virtually across the U.S. and gather for periodic retreats to build relationships and align on mission and strategy. POSITION SUMMARY CATCH is seeking a Community Partnerships Manager to build and grow relationships with school districts, state and regional departments of education, and state and local community-based partners. This role is responsible for a hybrid portfolio that includes both new partnership development and the renewal/expansion of existing relationships. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role best suited for someone who is: • relationship-driven, • comfortable initiating cold and warm outreach through verbal and written communication across various environments (virtual meetings, email, campaigns, in-person, etc.), • naturally proactive and self-directed, • adaptable to a fast-moving, scaling nonprofit environment, and • motivated by the opportunity to grow a mission-aligned portfolio. This is not an entry-level position; however, it is ideally suited for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in community partnerships, business development, nonprofit engagement, or early sales roles who are ready to advance in their careers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership Development (New Business) • Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for fee-for-service revenue with new state, district, and community partnerships across the Midwest and Western U.S. states. • Conduct outreach to administrators, curriculum leads, public health partners, and youth-focused organizations. • Lead virtual and in-person presentations showcasing CATCH curriculum and professional development offerings. • Attend annual events in the assigned region to expand awareness of CATCH curriculum and professional development opportunities. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects with clear follow-up and progress tracking to decision-making and close. • Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses with accuracy and strategic alignment. • Meet a new business revenue goal of approximately $100,000 in year one. Partner Success, Renewals & Expansion • Manage a portfolio of approximately $200,000 of annual revenue from existing district and community partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing engagement. • Identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, or expansion of services within current partner organizations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, aligning CATCH solutions to their goals and needs. Collaboration & Internal Coordination • Work closely with curriculum, operations, and training teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation. • Contribute insights on state-level initiatives, curriculum trends, and opportunities for regional growth. • Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM (Salesforce) and internal systems. • Participate in team meetings, strategic discussions, and national/statewide initiatives as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Core Competencies • Proactive communicator with strong verbal and written skills; comfortable leading conversations with diverse stakeholders. • Sales or partnership mindset — persistence, curiosity, follow-through, and the ability to move prospects through a decision process. • This position requires a level of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial energy. • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging leaders at multiple levels (principals, district staff, community orgs, state departments of education, and state-wide partners, etc.). • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can manage time, outreach, and priorities independently. • Comfort with ambiguity — able to adapt to evolving systems, processes, and opportunities as CATCH grows. • Analytical and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track key partner metrics. • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and modern communication tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack). Experience • Minimum 3–5 years in community partnerships, business development, nonprofit engagement/outreach, customer success, or early sales roles. • Experience presenting to groups, leading conversations, or representing an organization externally. • Experience working in a small or mid-sized nonprofit or similarly fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment is preferred. • Experience working on targets, performance metrics, or partnership pipelines. Preferred but Not Required • Background in youth-serving organizations, K–12 partnerships, public health, wellness, or education innovation. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $60,000 +/- salary • Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus • 100% employer-covered health insurance for employees • Unlimited vacation policy • 12-week paid maternity/paternity leave • Flexible scheduling • Remote work environment with up to 20% travel. • Annual in-person team retreat (travel/lodging covered) HOW TO APPLY Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining 1) your interest in CATCH, 2) your alignment with this role, and 3) the state you reside in, to jobs@catch.org.
