Job Details Job Location: Warren MI - Warren, MI Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Intake Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing cases through the Sirona Connect portal, ensuring timely and accurate communication with dental practices via text, phone calls, and emails. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, responsive, and experienced in digital dental workflows. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage all case submissions through the Sirona Connect portal. Review incoming digital impressions and ensure all necessary case information is complete and accurate. Communicate with dental offices via text, phone, and email regarding case status, missing information, adjustments, or delays. Coordinate with internal departments (CAD/CAM, model, and fabrication teams) to ensure seamless processing of cases. Provide technical support and guidance to dental practices for Sirona case submissions. Track and log all communications and case updates in the laboratory management system. Maintain organization of digital files and ensure timely case turnaround. Assist in troubleshooting scanning errors or file issues in collaboration with clinicians and technical teams. Qualifications Qualifications: Prior experience with Sirona Connect or similar dental CAD/CAM portals (e.g., TRIOS, Medit) preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, digital impression systems, and lab workflows. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable communicating professionally via text, calls, and emails with dental professionals. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with computers and digital file management. Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a dental laboratory or digital dentistry environment. Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., inLab, ExoCAD) is a plus. Why Join Us?
