Residential House Cleaner – 1099 Contractor Caroline Cleaning Company – Denver, CO Pay: Earn up to $22–$35/hr (60/40 split – you keep 60%) Job Type: Contract / 1099 Company Overview Caroline Cleaning Company is a local Denver cleaning service providing high-quality, personalized residential cleaning. We value professionalism, reliability, and care. Job Overview We are seeking Residential House Cleaning Professionals to clean private homes, Airbnbs, and rentals. This role involves general, standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Flexible scheduling and consistent work available for dependable cleaners. Duties & Responsibilities • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas • Surface sanitization & high-touch area cleaning • Trash removal & supply replenishing • Carpet cleaning (light), floor care, detailed scrubbing • Laundry/linen changes (when requested) • Follow cleaning checklists & safety protocols • Report damages or maintenance issues • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally Experience Preferred • Residential cleaning or janitorial work • Hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning • Knowledge of sanitation, carpet care, and floor techniques • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Required Skills • Strong attention to detail • Reliable, punctual, and responsible • Good communication • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods • Time-management and efficiency 1099 Contractor Requirements (Must-Have) • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (contractor waiver required) • General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) • Reliable transportation • Own cleaning supplies & equipment (vacuum, mop, solutions, microfibers, etc.) • Smartphone for communication & photos Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
