BDC Representative - Setting Appointments Nashville, TN Position Summary: • Carl Black Chevrolet of Nashville is seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and setting appointments with prospective customers. This is an on-site position and requires full-time availability. Shifts Available: • Opening Shift: 8:45AM - 1hr break - 5:45PM (Monday-Saturday) • Mid Shift: 9:45AM - 1hr break - 6:45PM (Monday-Saturday) • Closing Shift: 10:45AM - 1hr break - 8:00PM (Monday-Saturday • Sunday Shift 12:00PM - 5:00PM (Open last Sunday of each month) Salary: • Competitive compensation averaging between $31,000 - $57,000 per year, based on performance. Benefits: • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible scheduling, paid weekly base salary + monthly commission earnings in total averaging $1,400 - $4,500+ per month, with potential for higher earnings for top performers. Additional benefits include paid vacation, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Responsibilities: • Respond to sales inquiries via phone, internet, and email with the goal of making approximately 100-120 calls per day. • Set 4-5 appointments each day for the sales team and maintain close collaboration with sales and service associates. • Track metrics to maximize performance and ensure exceptional customer experience. • Adhere to deadlines and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Display strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns. • Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in daily work. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills. • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Self-motivated with a pleasant phone voice and exceptional people skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Availability for full-time hours, including some closing shifts, and either Saturdays OR Sundays (when necessary).
