We are seeking a Home Care Staffing Coordinator with hands-on caregiving experience-someone who truly understands the demands and rewards of in-home care. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years in senior care (professional or personal) with hands-on caregiving experience. • Proven ability to provide compassionate hands-hand on care, including all ADLs. • Experience in caregiver supervision, staffing, and/or scheduling preferred. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable using scheduling and office software. • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
