Learn more at www.careerslaunch.org Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Volunteer Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building the human capital needed to expand our impact. You will be responsible for leverage our AI technology to source, screen, and onboard talented volunteers from diverse backgrounds to help scale our programs and operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in nonprofit talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and organizational development while making a tangible social impact. Key Responsibilities • Source and engage prospective volunteers across various platforms using (LinkedIn, volunteer boards, universities, community groups, etc.) • Screen candidates using AI to ensure alignment with CLTI’s mission, values, and skills needs • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new volunteers • Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines and volunteer data • Collaborate with CLTI leadership to forecast volunteer needs and develop recruitment campaigns • Support a positive, inclusive, and mission-centered volunteer culture Desired Qualifications • Strong passion for social impact, workforce development technology, and equity in education • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Prior recruiting, HR, or outreach experience (preferred but not required) What You'll Gain • Real-world experience in nonprofit recruiting and organizational development • Professional development and mentorship opportunities from CLTI’s leadership team • A chance to contribute meaningfully to an innovative nonprofit backed by leading global institutions • Recognition on CLTI’s website and LinkedIn page Location: Remote Commitment: Flexible hours (15–20 hours/week) Compensation: Volunteer / Unpaid
