About the Role We’re looking for a highly capable Executive & Personal Assistant to partner closely with our Founder/CEO. This is a dynamic, high-trust role that blends executive support, operational coordination, and personal logistics. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate with clarity, and love bringing order to complexity, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Manage a dynamic calendar and coordinate meetings across time zones • Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and support follow-through • Draft and manage sensitive communications • Organize detailed travel itineraries (domestic & international) • Liaise with team members, investors, and external partners • Support light operations and finance tasks (expenses, invoices, reimbursements) • Coordinate family and household logistics, including vendors, schedules, and errands • Assist with event planning and special projects • Maintain systems, memberships, and renewals to keep daily operations running smoothly Who You Are • 3–7 years supporting founders, senior executives, or high-profile individuals • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet • Strong communicator with excellent judgment • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) • Comfortable shifting between professional and personal contexts • Based in or near San Francisco with the ability to work in person several days a week Bonus Points For • Experience in early-stage startups or creative/tech environments • Interest in culture, media, design, or emerging technologies • A process-improvement mindset and eagerness to build better systems Salary & Benefits • Base salary: $120–180k • Competitive compensation package + equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • Flexible PTO • Lunch & dinner provided in-office • Wellness and mental-health benefits • 401(k) + commuter benefits • Company retreats and an in-person, collaborative culture We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
