Live-In Helper - Free Housing + $500/Month Stipend (Bakersfield) Seeking a reliable, calm live-in helper for my 83-year-old stepmom. This is a room-exchange arrangement with light daily support (about 90 minutes/day). Help includes simple check-ins, light tasks, and being a steady, respectful presence. Includes: private bedroom, utilities, Wi-Fi, and a $500/month stipend. Home is peaceful and shared with two friendly cats. Requirements: mature, dependable, clean, quiet, no overnight guests, background check required, comfortable with cats. Please reply with a brief intro about yourself and your general schedule.
