In this dynamic environment, the Logistics Associate will play an essential role in ensuring smooth product flow and effective warehouse operations within a fast-paced setting. Role and Responsibilities: The Logistics Associate contributes directly to the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. Your main duties will include: • Unload and load products efficiently to support smooth warehouse operations. • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping while meeting quality control standards and deadlines. • Reorganize, sort, and stack items to optimize workflow and ensure effective handling. • Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. • Perform general housekeeping tasks to sustain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Provide support with additional tasks like freight handling and audits as directed by supervisors. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies while executing your duties. Required Skills and Experience: • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high productivity. • The ability to consistently lift and transport materials weighing 25-75 lbs, depending on job requirements. • Previous experience in a warehouse environment or with equipment operation is advantageous, but not mandatory—training will be provided. • Comfortable working in physically demanding, fast-paced conditions. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse processes is a plus. • Skills in operating warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, are beneficial.
