As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be an essential part of ensuring efficient product flow and supporting smooth warehouse operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Role and Responsibilities: The Distribution Center Associate will play a critical role in enhancing warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Unloading and loading products quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth warehouse operations. • Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while meeting quality standards and deadlines. • Organizing, sorting, and stacking items to improve workflow and ensure safe storage practices. • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety standards and company guidelines. • Carrying out regular housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and tidy work area. • Assisting with additional tasks such as freight handling and conducting audits as directed by supervisors. • Strictly following safety rules and operational procedures while performing all tasks. Required Skills and Experience: • A self-motivated individual who is committed to achieving high productivity levels. • Ability to lift and move materials weighing between 25 to 75 lbs, depending on the task. • Prior experience in warehouse operations or equipment handling is helpful but not required, as full training will be provided. • Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in warehouse settings or familiarity with warehouse processes is a plus. • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, is highly advantageous.
