Full Description

Job Description: • Serve as a strategic thought partner for Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) senior leadership team • Act as a central point of contact between EPTech LT member and other key partners • Ensure alignment of leaders across the organization • Prioritize and focus leaders in key areas (goals, labor strategy, budget etc) • Aid EPTech LT member in strategic planning and uncovering critical efficiencies • Understand LT member’s organizational strategy and vision, driving and tracking goals and priorities • Assist with financial and resource planning in collaboration with key partners • Create and manage effective, scalable processes for operating rhythms • Work closely with partner business units to align operations with strategy • Influence across all levels of the organization • Plan and execute key messages for internal audiences Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Agile Delivery • At least 3 years of experience managing executive level stakeholders across multiple business units • At least 3 years of experience working with engineering teams • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred • 3+ years of experience in strategy development preferred • 3+ years of experience in finance or budgeting preferred • 3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence preferred • CSM, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities • Performance based incentive compensation
