Social Media & Marketing Manager – Mortgage Team (Part-Time, Full-Time, or Internship) Location: Middle Tennessee (Some in-person work required) Compensation: Base pay + performance incentives I'm looking for a sharp, creative, highly organized Social Media & Marketing Manager to help elevate one of the top mortgage brands in the region. If you love content, understand social platforms, enjoy meeting people, and want to work in a fast-moving, relationship-driven business, this is your shot. About the Role: You’ll be the engine behind our marketing presence — online and offline. From creating content to visiting real estate offices to keeping campaigns on track, you’ll play a key role in attracting new clients, supporting referral partners, and keeping our brand front and center. This role can be tailored for part-time, full-time, or an internship depending on your experience and availability. Performance-based incentives available. What You’ll Do: Social Media & Content: • Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Assist with video content, reels, captions, scripts, graphics, and trend research • Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent online presence • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements Marketing & Brand Presence: • Coordinate email campaigns, text campaigns, and CRM touchpoints • Help manage events, classes, partnerships, and branding initiatives • Visit real estate offices, local businesses, and networking events to strengthen relationships • Assist with promotional materials, flyers, presentations, and marketing assets Admin & Operations Support: • Handle basic expense reimbursement processes and reporting • Assist with miscellaneous administrative work to keep operations running smoothly • Support project-based tasks and deadlines What You Bring: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends • Ability to create content (photos, videos, captions, ideas) that actually gets engagement • Organized, proactive, and reliable — you don’t need hand-holding • Comfortable talking with real estate agents, business owners, and clients • A creative eye and willingness to experiment with new ideas • Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, email marketing, or mortgage/real estate content Why Work With Us: • Flexible schedule (great for students, creators, or rising marketers) • Performance-based bonuses and incentives • Real involvement in strategy, not just busy work • Opportunity to grow into a long-term marketing or leadership role • You’ll work directly with a high-producing loan officer with a massive database, strong brand, and tons of content opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brentwood, TN 37027
