Job Description: We are actively seeking experienced and dependable 26ft box truck owner-operators to lease on to our MC for over-the-road (OTR) routes. As an independent contractor, you'll run under our authority while enjoying consistent freight, dedicated dispatch support, and access to our commercial insurance coverage. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who own or lease a 26ft dock-height box truck and are ready to hit the road for multi-day runs across state lines. You'll be responsible for timely deliveries, safe operation of your vehicle, and professional communication throughout each trip. We handle the back-end logistics so you can focus on driving and getting paid. Whether you're looking to stay busy or scale your operations, we're here to support you with a reliable system and fair pay structure. • 75% of Gross • $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 Average Weekly Gross Pay • Fuel Cards Provided • Operating Area: Lower 48 States Job Requirements: • Must own or lease a 26ft box truck (dock height, liftgate preferred) • Valid driver's license (CDL not required) • At least 2years of verifiable experience operating a box truck • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and background check • Must be willing to lease on to our MC under a lease agreement • Driver will be added to our commercial auto and cargo insurance policy • Must comply with all FMCSA safety and compliance standards • Able to use smartphone apps for dispatch, communication, and load tracking • Willingness to travel OTR and stay on the road for extended periods • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Wage Range: 3000.00 - 5000.00 per week General Description of Benefits: 1099 Position
