5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud payroll processing experience, hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, full project lifecycle experience, and strong US payroll knowledge.
This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant – Oracle Cloud Payroll to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to guide project teams through the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Payroll solutions. Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. Collaborate with technical teams to provide payroll module expertise during the design of interfaces, integrations, and reports. Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs. Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building reusable assets/repositories. Understand legacy payroll systems and map processes and data to Oracle Cloud Payroll. Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare fit/gap documents. Design and maintain end-to-end payroll processing cycles in Oracle Cloud (regular, off-cycle, retro, year-end). Build strong relationships and trust with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in processing payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience delivering at least 1–2 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects. Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment). Hands-on configuration experience in the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. Solid understanding of US payroll regulations, accounting fundamentals, and payroll best practices. Experience working with third-party payroll/tax providers (e.g., ADP) and related integrations is a plus. Excellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to interpret, validate, and analyze complex payroll data. Proven ability to work in an organized manner, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, often handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining proper prioritization.
