The HR Project Manager will provide essential support services to the HR Office, ensuring compliance and efficiency in personnel actions and data management. Responsibilities • Administrative and Technical Support. • Provide essential support services to the HR Office. • Personnel Action Processing. • Handle and process personnel actions efficiently. • Data Entry and Review. • Assist with the entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems; ensure proper documentation, coding, and routing. • Reporting and Data Management. • Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management; support data calls and quarterly audits. • Records and Document Management. • Maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) and HR shared drives; ensure compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements. • Administrative Support. • Track incoming/outgoing HR actions, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain tracking logs for recruitments, awards, and performance plans. • Customer Service Support. • Respond to employee and supervisor inquiries related to administrative HR matters, routing more complex inquiries to HR Specialists. • Deliverables. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned HR actions, provide weekly and monthly status reports of completed tasks and outstanding items, and maintain data integrity across HR systems and logs. • Complete reports and reconciliations as requested by HR management. Skills • Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience of, including proven capabilities and communication skills to interact successfully with Government staff. • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within deadlines. • Requires outstanding writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, and excellent management skills. • Requires knowledge of high-level HR services. • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Accuracy and timeliness of work products. • Responsiveness to HR staff and management requests. • Compliance with confidentiality and data security protocols. • Professional conduct and communication.
