We’re passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers and our team. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee bar and equipment • Assist with bakery and food preparation as needed • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels Skills • Previous barista or coffee shop experience is required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures within the food industry. • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
