1-2 years B2C sales experience in financial services, familiarity with U.S. credit industry, strong communication and empathy skills.

Key Responsibilities: Close credit repair solutions for pre-qualified leads in the credit sector (no cold calls). Use TCP’s technology suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily tasks. Exceed KPIs and quotas with a client-first approach. Follow detailed scripts and handle client concerns with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales within financial services, ideally credit-related. Strong communication skills and empathy toward customer needs. Familiarity with U.S. credit industry (credit cards, loans, credit repair). Must provide own device compatible with TCP’s tech requirements. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm ET (includes one unpaid hour break and two 15-min paid breaks).
