Experience in sales or construction-related fields, proficiency with sales systems like Hubspot, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Our team is looking for high-performing Business Development Reps to help drive our mission. In this role, you’ll prospect daily with Dirt World companies to help them solve their biggest workforce challenges. As a BDR you’ll be responsible for: • Making initial contact with Dirt World companies to figure out needs and product fit for our software and the Dirt World Summit. • Booking 20 qualified outbound meetings per month. • Responding to 100% of inbound leads within 1 business hour. • Logging 100% of activity in Hubspot. • A strong partnership with your Account Executive to hit individual and team metrics. • Continuous personal improvement. About you: • You’re humble, hungry, and smart. • You’re exceptional at connecting with people via social media and live conversations. • You're all about extreme ownership and obsessed with improving. • You believe in serving, not selling. • You’ve got some experience in construction, or with sales systems like Hubspot, or you have a unique perspective that yields strong results.
