Overview $150,000 - Your Recipe for Success Buc-ee's Is Coming to Benton, Arkansas - Opening Late Summer 2026! We are looking for Retail and Food Service Management Now! 3 weeks PTO - Use it, cash it, roll it Medical * Dental* Vision 401k 100% Match up to 6% The Deli/Food Service Manager primary duties are to develop a high performance team, manage the product offerings, deliver customer satisfaction, and administer operational goals. If you have experience in high volume, fast paced restaurants, and loved every minute of it, Buc-ee's is the place for you! We are looking for managers whose talents include enthusiasm, a people-focused management style, and attention to detail. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: • $150,000 / salary • Manage the product offerings which includes but is not limited to: Jerky, Smoked Meats, Sausage, BBQ, Bakery, Sandwiches, Grab and Go, Tacos, Burritos, and Hot Dogs • Serve as role model and leader; must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results, such as labor and overtime • Recruit, develop, and inspire a highly effective team of food service associates • Onboard and train new employees • Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws in regards to foodservice and general employment matters • Manage food service employees, protect quality, and provide customer service, such as resolving customer issues quickly in friendly and professional manner • Accurate completion of various foodservice operating reports • Enforce Company policies and procedures • Support frontline employees during high traffic on various POS and transaction devices • Ensure that all staff are meeting the execution of daily tasks and operational goals • Support other departments as needed • Professionally interact team members and customers • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned • Work weekends and holidays • Work a rotating schedule that may alternate between day and night • Regular and prompt attendance • Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to: • Bachelor degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred • Proficient skill level in MS office which includes but not limited toExcel & Outlook • Experienced in various POS and transaction devices such as, Kiosks, Printers, Tickets, Touch Screens • Acquire and maintain food service certifications • May require relocation Joining our team puts you on a path where opportunity for advancement is available.
