Role Description This is a contract on-site role for an Oracle WACS and Field Services Solution Architect / Functional Lead based in Dallas, TX. The individual in this position will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle WACS (CX Field Service) solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. Day-to-day tasks include leading requirement gathering sessions, analyzing business needs, configuring Oracle Cloud systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions. The role also involves providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation phases to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications • Proficiency in Oracle WACS (CX Field Service) development, configuration, and implementation • Familiarity with Oracle Field Service functionalities such as workforce scheduling, resource management, and field service workflows • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to design technical solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience with cloud engineering concepts and integration of emerging technologies • Previous experience working with large-scale enterprise systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
