This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on U.S. expansion for a global infrastructure-engineering firm that delivers power transmission and distribution systems worldwide. Why This Opportunity? • Market Expansion Leadership – Lead go-to-market strategy across the U.S. for transmission towers, monopoles, conductors, and more • Global Company, Local Ownership – Represent a global firm in the U.S. with direct access to executive leadership in India and North America • Flexible Location – Fully remote role open nationwide, with preference for candidates on the East Coast, West Coast, or Central U.S. • Compensation & Support – $96K base + commission, plus generous support for travel and remote work setup • High Visibility, High Impact – Own major client relationships, RFPs, and long-term strategic growth What You’ll Be Doing: • Creating and executing U.S. market strategy for transmission and infrastructure systems • Building relationships with utilities, EPCs, and large infrastructure buyers across North America • Managing strategic RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects • Serving as a key North American contact for executive teams in India and globally • Identifying and advancing new opportunities in power transmission, substation, and electrification projects About the Company A global infrastructure-engineering firm that builds and supplies power transmission and distribution systems, including: • Steel towers, monopoles, and aluminium conductors • Utility and lighting pole infrastructure • Full turnkey solutions for transmission, substations, and railway electrification projects With a deep manufacturing footprint and global execution capability, it brings flexible, high-volume solutions to the North American utility market — and you’ll lead that charge.
