Sheet Metal Foreman Broadway Ventures About the Role The Sheet Metal Foreman plays a critical leadership role onsite, providing direction, coordination, and oversight to sheet metal workers on active projects. This position ensures high-quality workmanship, safe operations, timely progress, and effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at organization, problem-solving, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily onsite leadership, guidance, and direction to sheet metal workers. • Review and evaluate the work of subordinates regularly, providing performance feedback and coaching as needed. • Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly staged for each assigned task. • Maintain and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices for all craftsmen onsite. • Assist in planning and scheduling upcoming work to support efficient project flow. • Coordinate with project managers and team leads to ensure proper material preparation and job readiness. • Promote a culture of quality workmanship, accountability, and teamwork. • Support troubleshooting efforts and assist in resolving onsite challenges. • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, management, and clients as needed.
