Company Overview: • This is a 5-year-old, rapidly growing floor coating company serving 4 states across the Midwest • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating What is Being Offered: • Flexible compensation, base + bonus • PTO What The Position is About: • Lead day-to-day execution of digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines • Build, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta and Google Ads campaigns • Manage and optimize marketing vendors and third-party relationships • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance • Balance multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment • Diagnose CPL/CPA issues and directly make platform-level optimizations • Stay current on trends, ratings, and competitive activity to support strategic decision-making The Right Candidate Will Have: • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at a service-based business • Proven experience building, launching, optimizing, and managing Facebook/Meta and Google Ads and vendor relationships • Experience diagnosing and fixing digital marketing performance issues • Experience working at a $10M+ company or a company in a major growth phase
