Key Responsibilities • Monitor and process daily SharePoint credit requests, payment requests, and quick/hot check requests. • Develop a strong understanding of various payment methods. • Enter vendor invoices and credit notes related to SharePoint payment requests into the accounting system. • Ensure all necessary approvals are received before processing credit request payments. • Partner closely with the Treasury Manager on key initiatives, including: • Automating and streamlining the credit board process. • Improving the company-wide disbursement process. • Establishing new international pooling centers. • Implementing intercompany netting strategies to reduce FX exposure and banking fees. • Participate in weekend coverage rotation for SharePoint credit request monitoring. • Perform additional treasury and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or treasury operations. • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables; macros not required). • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to navigate multiple ERP and banking systems efficiently. • 1–3 years of direct Treasury experience (especially in high-volume environments). • Experience in banking or large corporate accounting environments. • Working knowledge of AS400, CargoWise, or similar ERP systems. • Familiarity with corporate banking platforms and portals.
